Smoothies, fruit juices and vegetable juices

These nutrients are bioavailable in fruits and vegetables. Every day the body needs these "fuels" for the cells and metabolism to work properly.

A very simple way to provide them is in the form of juices or smoothies. The only difference is that the juice is made with an extractor obtaining the liquid without the fibers so that it is bioavailable directly in the intestines avoiding all the work of digestion. The smoothy is simply fruits or vegetables with 200 gr of crushed ice beaten in the blender for 3 minutes.

These juices and smoothies can be taken alone at breakfast, mid-morning or as an afternoon snack. The benefits are numerous: they

All the recipes are prepared according to their therapeutic effect and they are made easily (as juice alone with the extractor or as a smoothy with 200 gr of crushed ice beaten in the blender for 3 minutes) They take between 10 and 15 minutes to prepare and are for 2 servings.

Important information: Fruits are divided into neutral, sweet, semi-acidic and acidic. Remember that you should not mix any fruit of one group with fruit of another group. If they were mixed, it would cause a fermentation in our body, which could cause certain symptoms such as headaches, nausea, stomach pain and others. There are even fruits of the same group that should not be combined, such as orange, melon, watermelon and pineapple. These fruits should be consumed alone.

You cannot mix fruits and vegetables because they have a different digestion time in the intestine and that would also cause fermentation.
