This privacy policy explains what data the Método Manniello mobile application («the App») handles, how it is stored, for how long, and how you can delete it. The App is published by Método Manniello («we», «us») and is distributed through Google Play.

2. What data the App handles

The App does not require any account or login. It does not collect any personally identifiable information (no name, no email, no phone number, no precise location, no contact list, no photos, no microphone).

The only data the App handles are app-internal preferences and state stored locally on your device (Android DataStore and Room database). They never leave your device. They are:

Administrator-mode flagUnlock unlimited menus after a valid admin codeLocal DataStore
Subscription status (read-only)Display the right screens after purchaseHeld by Google Play Billing

None of these items contain personal data. They are pure app state, used solely to make the App work correctly on your device.

3. Third-party services

The App integrates with the following services. Their own privacy policies apply when the App interacts with them.

Google Play Billing

Used to process the optional in-app subscriptions (monthly, semiannual, yearly). All payment processing is handled by Google. We never see your payment details. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.

External links opened in your browser / dedicated apps

The App contains links that, when tapped, open in your default browser or in the corresponding dedicated app:

These services receive whatever data your browser or operating system shares with them when you visit. They are independent of the App and we have no access to what is transmitted to them.

4. Diagnostic data from Google Play

When the App is installed from Google Play, Google may collect aggregated and anonymized usage and crash data on our behalf as part of the standard Google Play Console diagnostics. This data is not personally identifiable and we use it only to monitor app stability. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and the Google Play Developer diagnostics documentation.

5. Data retention

Because all in-app data is stored locally on your device, retention is controlled entirely by you:

Subscription records on the Google Play side follow Google’s retention rules, which are independent of this App.

6. How to delete your data

You have full control. To delete every piece of data the App has on your device, choose either of the two methods below:

Method 1 — Clear app data

  1. Open Android Settings → Apps → Método Manniello → Storage.
  2. Tap Clear data (or «Clear storage»). This wipes all in-app preferences, the generated menu, the counter, and any redeemed code tags. The App returns to a fresh state.

Method 2 — Uninstall

  1. Long-press the Método Manniello icon on your home screen / app drawer, then tap Uninstall. This removes the App and all the data it stored locally.

To manage or cancel your subscription, open Google Play Store → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. The App itself provides a «Manage subscription» button that opens the same screen.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is targeted at adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process any data from children.

8. Security

Because all data is stored locally on your device, its security is governed by the security model of your Android device (system-level sandboxing, your screen lock, etc.). We use Android’s standard secure storage APIs (DataStore, Room).

9. Your rights

Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, the classical «data subject» rights (access, rectification, deletion, portability) are exercised directly by you, on your device, using the deletion methods described in section 6.

For any question about this policy, contact us at metodomanniello@gmail.com. We answer within a reasonable delay.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The «Last updated» date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
